CHRYSTAL HERNDON
HR & CultureChrystal Herndon has spent the last 20 years in gaming and hospitality. She has worked in opening and operational environments at sbe, Wynn Resorts, Penn National and Caesars Entertainment. She has recruited, shaped, and piloted the HR teams of various companies, from those with fewer than 300 employees to those with over 5,000.
A significant portion of Herndon’s HR career has been in learning development and her methodologies for “Mastering the Art of the Coaching Conversation” can be found in Hotel F&B Magazine. Chrystal holds a BA in Business Management, is a certified Strengths Coach with the Gallup Organization, and maintains her SPHR certification from the HRCI.
Herndon was born and raised in Nebraska, where her family has been in farming for four generations
