Kroopnick is a founding partner of Triage Entertainment and has overseen content and production for thousands of hours of Triage projects specializing in food, lifestyle, documentary, music and comedy programming. In 2003, he worked to bring the iconic Japanese television format, Iron Chef, to American television, where it has been produced for more than a decade and helped to redefine programming for Food Network. He has produced award-winning television projects for Paramount, History Channel, Lifetime, and Discovery+. Prior to joining Triage, he worked for Warner Brothers Motion Picture Distribution & Marketing and was a producer, director and writer at CBS, ABC, and Paramount Television.
